Review Audit Information
GiftWrap records in an Audit table all recent data changes made to a wide variety of fields that are critical to the proper administration of the planned gifts it is storing. The Review Audit Information function allows you to review or report any selection of these data changes that have not yet been archived. PG Calc archives audit data for you automatically from time to time. Contact PG Calc Support if you cannot locate an audited change you are seeking.
1. Click Utilities > Review Audit Information in the Menu Bar.
2. Enter selection criteria to find the data changes you want to review. There is help available on each field.
3. Click Search to generate a list of all the data changes that match your search criteria.
4. To review the detail on a specific data change
Double-click the row in the search results list that identifies the data change.
To sort the search results list by a value, in ascending or descending order
Click the column header for the values by which you want to sort.
To create a report of all data changes in a search results list
Click 
to create an Audit Report containing all the detail on all of the data changes in the search results list.
Do the following, as needed:
